These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CyberIvo platform at cyberivo.digital, an advanced platform for people responsible for company security with courses on access policy and incident response. By using our services, purchasing our courses, digital content, or merchandise, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Services

3.1 Online Courses and Live Trainings

We offer instructor-led courses on access policy and incident response. Each session is scheduled with limited capacity to ensure quality interaction.

3.2 Digital Content

Our digital offerings include e-books, recorded videos, and downloadable resources designed to enhance your expertise in company security.

3.3 Merchandise

Printed manuals, branded apparel, and other physical materials are available for purchase.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Courses and Live Trainings

Due to seat allocation and preparatory work by our instructors, fees for online courses and live trainings are non-refundable. You may request to transfer your enrollment to another session of the same course at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original session via our contact form. Transfers cannot be converted to account credit because each session requires dedicated resources and scheduling.

5.2 Digital Content

Digital materials are delivered instantly upon purchase. As such, we do not offer returns once access is granted. If technical issues prevent access, contact us within 14 days of purchase through our contact form. We will assist in resolving access issues or provide a replacement copy. Refunds will be issued only when technical difficulties cannot be resolved.

5.3 Merchandise

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, submit a request via our contact form to receive a return authorization. After we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the merchandise is defective or incorrect.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

All services and materials are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberIvo’s liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the applicable service or product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
